Dr Rao is a Newcastle Orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery. As much as possible Dr Rao tries to organise this imaging prior to your initial consultation so as to save time and establish a diagnosis as quickly as possible. Dr Rao will explain to you the pros and cons of treatment, including non-operative modalities and surgery. He has extensive networking with local therapists such as physiotherapists, podiatrists, remedial massage therapists and other therapists.

Dr Rao’s aim is to work with you, your local doctor and your allied health professionals to give you the best treatment, service and the correct orthopaedic advice.
